- Parent/guardian & child attend the Child Safety Program
- Parent/guardian and participating child are interviewed at home by the Mentoring Intake Coordinator
- Once potential volunteer is found, the Mentoring Coordinator presents Big Sister/Big Brother profile to parent/guardian and child
