Bowl For Kids' Sake 2015

Bowl For Kids' Sake (BFKS) is our largest, annual campaign which provides funding to support our youth mentoring programs. Our donors and supporters are key participants in making a real difference in the lives of the children who benefit from these programs. This year, we surpassed our goal of $50,000 and are currently sitting at $53,000 with more donations still arriving. Thank you to all the sponsors, participants, donors and volunteers who made this event a success.

You're Hired - An Epic Competition for Summer Jobs

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ottawa (BBBSO) has established a project that will benefit local youth. In November 2014, BBBSO will invite thousands of post-secondary students in Ottawa to raise awareness and money for the charity during the 2014-15 academic school year. Business students studying at the University of Ottawa, Carleton University and Algonquin College will be invited to participate in the “You’re Hired!!” campaign. Students will be challenged to creatively raise money for BBBSO mentoring programs and the most successful students will be rewarded with full-time summer jobs in 2015 by our employer sponsors.
