FORMAT FOR BOTH TOURNAMENTS
- Doubles format (two versus two). Players register in the tournament as individuals and not as teams, and each player will play with a different partner in each game throughout the tournament. Players are rankedindividually throughout tournament: a team win is 3 points for each member, a tie is 2, and a loss is 1.
- 64 players in each tournament. All players guaranteed 5 games minimum. After 5 rounds, the 16 players with the most points will move onto the quarter-finals. The Top 8 will then move on to the semifinals, and then the Top 4 will then move to the final game for the Cup!
- One purchaser may buy registrations for multiple players at the same time, with the understanding that all registrations approve all terms and waivers.
- A game goes to 11 points or 12 minutes, whichever comes first.
- Games are self-regulated (no referees), but appointed tournament staff will make decisions on disputes, and those decisions are final.
- Players understand that the tournament format can change at the discretion of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ottawa should a need be determined.

AGREEMENT TO MANDATORY WAIVER: There is a mandatory waiver required from the Orléans Tennis & Pickleball Club in order to participate. Read the waiver here, and each person you are registering must confirm they understand and agree to it as part of this registration process.
